Great Site
What a great website! I have poured over all the topics and find much information to help us maintain our coach. I even think I have a couple of answers for others questions. This site is really user friendly!! Kudos to the administrator and site designer.
About us; We are a two motorhome Colorado family. About 7 years ago my wife and I decided we needed to aim toward retiring again. Wanting to travel and see more of the country, we found an excellent deal on a 28 foot 1986 low mileage Sportscoach Pathfinder. About this time my mother-in-law was becoming more incapicated and travel with her by auto became impossible. Our Sportscoach seemed an ideal solution to haul her walker, wheelchair, oxygen generator and full time caregivers on our outings. This worked for a while, but my mother-in-law's harping about our bucket of bolts caused us to take a a serious look for something larger and more comfortable.
At that time we knew nothing about Newells. As we looked at coaches at dealership after dealership, we stumbled on our 93 Newell. We were first attracted to its Red (almost purple) and silver paint scheme. Even though it was 10 years old, it looked as current as the new coaches we had seen. My wife fell in love with the interior layout and decor and I am still in awe with the coach mechanicals. There was simply no comparison between the lesser new coaches we were looking at and our Newell.
Having found a coach that we were wildly excited about, I did some crash research and found nothing but good about Newells. The Newell factory was helpful with information about our coach before our purchase and that support continues. In addition, we found support from other Newell owners.
This coach has been an awsome ride and my mother-in-law quit harping. Our Pathinder has been reduced to hauling the cabin cruiser back and forth between the lake and our farm.

Hi Bob,
Glad you joined our little haven of Newell owners, Once you own a Newell you will never own anything else. Thats my opinion of course. Newell has always been very helpful actually out of all the rv's I have owned the Newell customer support has by far been the best. I will never own anything but a Newell! I agree, Admin you have made this site very user friendly, and thanks for offering it!
