We purchased an older Newell a year and a half ago and have been remodeling upgrading everything other than engine and tranny
The main guy there is "Brandon" who has a ton of experience/service with Newells and Prevosts and is well acquainted with DD 8V92's

The guy is fanatical about getting it right and will spend personal hours over allotted bid time to make sure that when the coach goes out it is better than anything you expected

I've used W.W.Williams for service and maintenance work and have been well pleased. I'm taking it in next week for oil and all filters change and let them check brakes, air bags etc.. While its there.

I use a guy in Rossville, GA.....just across the border from Chatanooga, TN.....the garage is called Choo Choo Express Garage, 147 Prater Road, Rossville, GA 30741, 706-891-1242. Joel is the mechanic. He knows 2 stroke Detroit Diesels inside and out. Shop rate $55/hour. I recommend him very, very highly.

The Birmingham location does not do Roadside Assistance! We called them for assistance with an airbag & they said they could not assist us but gave us another company to call...Petro Truck Center!
